Education

Katie Lane is a doctoral student at the University of Connecticut in the Research Methods, Measurement, and Evaluation program. She previously earned her Bachelor’s of Science in special education at Vanderbilt University where she also completed a minor in quantitative methods.

Interests

Katie is interested in supporting schools in implementing evidence-based practices and making data-informed decisions. Specifically, she is interested in studying universal behavior screening within tiered systems and treatment integrity of tiered-systems implementation.

Extracurriculars

She has worked with several research teams across the University of Kansas, Vanderbilt University, and the University of Connecticut with data collection, entry, and analysis activities on IES and NSF-funded projects.
