The Partnership for Evaluation & Educational Research (PEER) is a program evaluation and research laboratory located in the state of Connecticut that specializes in the education space.

We are led by some of the field's top experts and comprised of well-trained graduate student assistants who work alongside the laboratory leads.

Some of the programs we have evaluated and researched are funded by reputable sources such as the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education.

The laboratory is able to help you with any evaluation or research needs for your program. We are experienced with guiding evaluations and research projects from start to end as well as on an on-going basis.

Our team is led by experts

PEER is headed by Dr. Bianca Montrosse-Moorhead, an Associate Professor and Director of the lab. Joining her is Dr. Holli Bayonas, a UConn faculty affiliate and founding President of iEvaluate, LLC, in addition to a talented group of graduate student researchers who collaborate with them on projects.
